1 cup uncooked C&F Foods Long Grain Brown Rice
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Cook rice as directed on package. Remove from heat. Stir in the rosemary, cranberries, pecans, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
