Make-ahead Oatmeal with Organic Black Chia Seeds

Ingredients
2 tablespoons C&F Foods Organic Black Chia Seeds
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
2 apples
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed berries
4 tablespoons toasted and chopped almonds

Preparation
Combine chia seeds, oats, and almond milk in a medium-sized bowl. Peel and grate the apples. Add lemon juice and honey, and mix. Add Greek yogurt and apples to the oat mixture. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, top with 1/4 cup mixed berries and 1 tablespoon toasted and chopped almonds. Makes 4 cups. Serves 4.
