2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt (optional)
Garlic salt (optional)
Cayenne pepper (optional)
How to Prep and Cook Dried Beans
Rinse, soak, and cook dried beans.
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Blot cooked and drained chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper, if using. Spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until browned and crunchy. Serves 4.
