Company makes every effort to verify each Supplier complies with the ACT10 and states:

Company performs the verification audits by trained personal from the Company, ACT10, Section 1714.43 (c) (1),

Company does not employ independent auditors for verification audits, ACT10, Section 1714.43 (c) (2),

Company maintains an approved list of direct suppliers who certified food products produced in their countries comply with the laws for ACT10, Section 1714.43 (c) (3),

Company maintains records for contractors, suppliers, and employees not in compliance with the ACT10, Section 1714.43 (c) (4),

Company provides training for managers and employees with direct contact and responsibility for supply chain management regarding all aspects of ACT10 Section 1714.43 (c) (5).
